Cynthia McSweeney (nee DeGloria) was born, grew up and raised her family in Bergen County. Cynthia is a member of the Douglass Chirico Group where Randy Douglass, the Broker of Record has approximately 35 years experience and Carolee Chirico, a Broker Associate, has almost 40 years experience. Carolee has been ranked #1 in Keller Williams Valley Realty for Closed Units and Closed Volume from 2016-2022. She has been the recipient of the prestigious NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence award since 1988. Together, our top team has almost 80 years experience. When her children were young, Cynthia held her real estate license for several years. Cynthia is a graduate of the prestigious BOLD and PUSH programs as well as the Coaching Program sponsored by Keller Williams. Cynthia has a Master of Science degree in Biology and is the retired Crime Laboratory Director for the New Jersey State Police. In her fiduciary capacity, Cynthia handled confidential and sensitive information on a daily basis. Cynthia was entrusted with the care and analysis of criminal evidence, testifying as an expert witness on almost 200 court cases, and supervising a staff of over 25 people. Cynthia was recognized by the Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police for receiving the First Civilian of the Year Award in 2019. Post 911, she volunteered at Ground Zero processing human remains for identification of those lost in the tragedy.
